Addressing and Data services are they typical ways we help our clients. List standardization (CASS), National Change of Address) NCOA are the first steps in making your project a success. Presorting is our term for taking the address data and rearranging it so when we print it comes out in the exact order the USPS wants to receive it. Addressing via inkjet or laser print happens directly on to the mail piece and finally the mail is trayed or bagged for delivery to the post office. Postal permits are all handled by us, so there are no additional trips to the post office for you to make.

Mailing Services, Postage Savings
While auMail Innovations' addressing services provides a solution from hand-writing addresses or even printing labels and hand-applying, the key is saving money in postage.
Clients using our presorted services save up to 30% using Presorted First-Class and 50% using Presorted Standard, compared to 1 and 2 ounce Regular First-Class mail. Non-profits save even more!
Even if you don't maintain a postal business permit for Presorted First or Standard, auMail Innovations has alternate permit solutions.

List acquistion made easy.
Highly accurate mailing lists are available for Consumer, Occupant, Real Property, Business or New Mover / Homeowners.
Many demographics (selects) are free for consumer lists, such as Age, Income, Gender...

List Acquisition / Selects
Geoselection based on zipcode, distance from radius, county and others are all available - and can be tied back to your existing database.

Our specialty is in the area of inkjet addressing and variable graphic printing. Our regular customers particularly value our highly customized personal service.

Production Services

- Graphic Design (full suite from Adobe including In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Publisher, Word, etc)
- Tab closure of folded mailers for either FSM (two 1" tabs) or booklet style (three 1.5" tabs)
- Stamp application (for those who want the personalized look of stamps)
- Letter insert for single or multiple pages, including folding and sealing of envelope. (Business mail letters, Invitations, etc...)
- Variable Data processing. PDF or Microsoft word documents, single page, multiple pages.
- Kitting services. Not all processes are machineable. Our team efficiently hand-kits as needed.

High reflectance papers such as Neenah Astrobright may cause readability issues with USPS address reading equipment. The following list of papers have been tested by USPS on previous occasions.
